What we collect
When you complete a form we collect the details you enter, such as name, email, phone, company, role, location, provider industry and a confidential-search request, the page you used and the campaign source of your visit.
We also record first-party form views, form starts, progress to the contact step, accepted requests, booking clicks and call clicks. These records contain an anonymous browser-session identifier, page, role and campaign tags, not your name, email or phone. Campaign tags are retained for the browser session; an anonymous first-party cookie can associate a submitted form with that session for up to 24 hours. We use no third-party tracking service. Private conversion reports cover the last 30 days.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your request, run searches and, for candidates, to contact you if a search may fit. We do not sell your information. Candidate details are not shared with an employer without speaking with you first.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us through the contact page. This page is a plain summary and should be reviewed by counsel before it is relied on.
