What is inside

A short overview of how we run a search, who we work with and how the agreement is structured. Role and location are optional here. The download link appears once your details are accepted.

What does this client overview page do?

This page gives you a short view of how we work with employers. You share your details, then download the overview after your details are accepted. It helps you decide whether a search or staffing conversation fits your opening and your timing.

The page keeps the form simple. Role and location are optional here, so you can start with basic contact information first. We do not add new exports or scorecards on this page.

What happens on the first briefing call?

The first briefing call is where we learn the job, the reporting line, and the schedule. We ask who will interview, who approves the hire, and what the role must handle on a normal day. You tell us what is fixed and what can change.

We also ask about the work setting, the patient mix, and any coverage gaps that shape the search. If there is a target start date, we note it. The goal is a clear search brief before outreach begins.

How do we work with employers?

We work with physician owners, practice leaders, and healthcare managers who need direct hire help. You tell us the seat, the setting, and the decision maker. We then move from intake to outreach with the agreement terms already in view.

This page also points to the types of roles and industries we cover. If you are hiring for a practice administrator, a physician group, or an MSO, the overview helps frame the first conversation. It is a starting point, not the full search plan.

How is the agreement structured?

The overview explains the search relationship in plain terms. It covers how the engagement starts, when the search work begins, and how the fee terms apply if you hire. Written replacement terms are included on standard searches.

There is no upfront fee on the standard direct hire model shown here. If you want other coverage, you can ask about it during the call. We keep the structure tied to the role and the search terms you approve.

What should you expect from the download?

After your details are accepted, the download link appears. You can review the overview before the call or share it with others on your side. The document is short and stays focused on the employer side of the process.

It does not change the form behavior on the page. You still enter your details first, then access the file. That keeps the process simple and keeps the overview tied to the current search conversation.

What do we ask before outreach begins?

We ask who the new hire reports to, what the first weeks look like, and which tasks belong in the role. We also ask about office hours, coverage, and the type of experience that matters most to you. Those details shape the list we build.

If the role has location limits, schedule limits, or ownership issues, we want those early. That helps us avoid late surprises during interviews. It also keeps the conversation centered on your actual opening.

What else should you ask about this search?

Who should use this client overview page?

Use it if you are hiring for a healthcare role and want a short explanation of the search process. It works well for physician owners, practice leaders, and hiring managers who need a first look before a briefing call. It is meant for employer review, not candidate guidance.

Do we have to list the role and location before downloading?

No, role and location are optional on this page. You can begin with your details and still review the overview once your information is accepted.

What happens after the download link appears?

You can open the overview and use it before the first call. It should help you think through the opening, the reporting line, and the decision process. If something is unclear, you can cover it in the briefing call.

Does this page change the search terms or add new deliverables?

No, this page keeps the existing form and download behavior. It does not add new exports or scorecards, and it does not change the agreement until you review and approve the terms.
